This workout uses a 20 second work to 10 second rest ratio at the barre. The ballet body exercises include work on the mat, at the barre, and using light hand weights. There is lot of instruction in this video segment so as you learn the exercises, you can move quicker through the exercise and reduce your rest time to 30 seconds if you want to increase the intensity and shorten the workout time. There are 7 four minute workout intervals in this workout. Equipment Needed: yoga mat, barre, and light hand weights.
