This lower body workout utilizes heavier resistance to train the lower body using the barbell, at the barre, and on the mat. This is great workout to sculpt and enhance the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. This is Iron Barre Select Upper Body Fix approved. Equipment needed: barbell and plates (dumbbells can be subbed for lesser intensity), barre, mat, and heavy dumbbell.
