This program strategically aligns Ballet Body® and Iron Barre® exercises to accommodate troublesome areas including overdeveloped muscle groups, body- fat dense areas, and hypertrophic responses (ability to build muscle). This fine-tuned solution helps to balance the overall physique aesthetics with exercise selected for your body type whether your goal is to slim and sculpt your lower body or upper body. The Upper Body Rx Select training program includes total-body workouts tailored to strengthen and define the upper body without bulk, while building metabolism-boosting, lean muscle mass in the lower body. This program is NOT advocating spot reduction but intelligently training the body to balance the look of the overall physique without exacerbating troublesome areas.

  • Dancing Arms I

    Episode 1

    This segment is part of the dancing series working the shoulders and triceps with fluidity, movement, and flow

  • Mat Work: Posterior Chain I

    Episode 2

    This workout will strengthen the posterior chain muscles with exercises that will target the hamstrings, glutes, postural muscles, and core. This is an excellent segment to compliment an anterior focused core workout (rectus abdominus, transversus abdominus, and obliques).

  • Strengthen and Stretch: Core I

    Episode 3

    This segment incorporates core strengthening exercises and stretching to activate a stronger core while improving flexibility. This is a wonderful finishing segment to any workout.
