I really love the lower body ballet body workouts as well as the Iron Barre lower body workouts that incorporate the barre moves with weights, resistance bands and sliders. I also like the ballet body upper body mat workouts with planks and the yoga based moves using no weights or yoga blocks and sliders. For core, I really enjoyed the barre assisted core using the barre and weight bench. Thank you for the creative and challenging workouts!

While I appreciate having the option to work with heavier weight with the Iron Barre workouts, it's the ballet body workouts that are my favourites. Even though I have been doing your workouts for many years, I have never done the plans as they are simply too long. I would love a pure ballet body workout plan that is 45 minutes max
I've thought some more about your request of what workouts next. My wish list is long :) I would love some more in the focus series, targetting one specific area. I would also some more workouts with small props, gliding discs, smalll ball, theraband. Thank you!
