Hi Leah, quick ? - I have been on warrior and then ballet body workout of yours for a while, just subscribed to your site and I’m a bit lost here ;) right now I alternate daily - upper, next day lower then core and start all over, I like the 50 minutes daily - how do I best pick from what you have loaded to keep my 50 minute per day workouts ;) thx in advance!
Hi Olga! Welcome to this site. Yes there is a lot of content, but there are programs that organize your workouts for you so it takes out the guesswork. But, you can certainly create your own workouts as well. The Ballet Body workouts that I did previously are all grouped together under Ballet Body training. But all the newer workouts in the past couple of years are listed under body focus if you are interested in picking and choosing the workouts. Split days are great way to approach training alternating upper and lower. You can select to repeat workouts to get 50-60 minutes or combine a couple of workouts together making sure to hit each body part. I cycle from split days to total body days with the core extra glute work in between those days too to change it up as well though. The workouts in the SFP program are 45 minutes or less with total body workout emphasis. This would be a great place to start and change up your current routine if this is something you are interested in. You can choose to do the core work on the off days for this program. If you are looking for more weights with barre, the Iron Barre elite program is 60 minutes a day but offers more traditional resistance training. This program requires a little more equipment though. I recommend if you want to pick and choose and keep the 50 minute 4 or 6 day split routine, select the body focused workouts for the 4 or 6 the workouts each week and do these same workouts for 1 month. Every workout day would be different but you repeat the same week for 4 weeks before moving on. So you would have two unique lower body workouts and two unique upper workouts each week and repeat this for a month straight before choosing new workouts again. You can choose to have a core day or to include some core in these days as well but not on consecutive days. To progress within the month and get better results, you would want to perhaps perform more reps, increase weight, or decrease rest periods to challenge yourself as you near the 4th week. Hope this helps!
This is great, thanks Leah!
