I've just started this program and have a question. On the 3rd day - Ballet body Hiit 1 are we running through each hiit round 3 times through? do we do the first round 3 times and then proceed or go through all the rounds and then start from the beginning 2 more times? I hope this makes sense! Thanks for the great workouts!
