The Strong, Feminine Physique program is ready to view for month 2. The SFP program combines Ballet Body, Iron Barre, resistance training, and HIIT in workouts under 45 minutes! Each month contains three total body workouts that should be done on non-consecutive days for four weeks. Workouts are under 45 minutes, but there are options to add your favorite workouts from the library to total body workout days for longer workouts. This way you get more variety but also adhere to the principles of adaptation and progression for optimal results. On off days, cardio and/or yoga/core/glutes/mat work can be performed. Many of the new workouts that I release will be apart of the SFP program. This will have an effect on the number of workouts released each month. Some months if there are longer workouts 25 minutes + being released, there may only be 3 new workouts offered. Some months, there may be 4 shorter workouts instead and the SFP program will be using previously released workouts. There is always a lot of content to choose from with over 300 workouts including full length workouts from the Signature Series, the Ballet Body library, and all of the new workouts in the past couple of years from Leah Sarago Fitness. I'm really excited to see the release of SFP.
I notice that you are suggesting that we repeat each sequence 2-3 times (so that it is a 45 minute workout). Could you instead of repeating each sequence also do the entire workout and then repeat 2-3 times? I don't enjoy having to either rewind or to do it without following along? Would this have the same effect or is it better to repeat each sequence? I hope this make sens.
