Is there anyway you could do a tutorial video on sit backs in fold over?
Yes I would love to do that. I was actually thinking of starting some live zoom classes. This would probably be a great thing to do for fold-overs and sit-backs. Comment below if you are interested!
I would love too , but unfortunately I am recovering from ankle surgery and am very limited in what I can do.
