Dear Leah,
I have been doing your workouts from way back when you were still doing Ballet Body only, some 8 years ago.
I love Ballet Body, but do not have an hour or more to workout. I know that BBPII was shorter but still is close to an hour and this does not include a warm-up or stretch. Would you consider creating a system or perhaps suggest an effective plan to follow that would be 30-45 minutes (without warm-up and stretch)?
