Hello Leah, I'm almost finished with Ballet Body 1 and was planning to do Iron Barre like you said to change the training a little before starting BB 2. But now that you have released Iron Barre select, I wanted to try that :) Do you think I can do Select between BB programs or should I stick to Iron Barre? thank you

Sorry for my delayed response! Oh my goodness I missed this comment. Yes you certainly can do the Iron Barre Select program! I'm adding weeks onto those programs too.
