Hi Leah!! I am so glad I found this site!! I have been looking for a way to combine heavy weights and barre and it seemed no one was on broad with that train of thought....then I found you!!! I'm beyond excited to get started!
So I have a question, can I do the MRT videos on the days in between the scheduled workout days for Iron Barre Express ?? Or would that be too much weight training??

Yay! I'm so happy you found my site! You have several options to work in the MRT with the Express workout plan. You can double up the express workouts on one day for a 60 minute iron barre workout and use the other day as an MRT day. Or, you can replace an express workout with an MRT workout changing it up weekly. You can also add an MRT to day 1, 3, or 5. Because you do total body weight training on day 1, 3, and 5 it is best to give your muscles rest on the other days and just perform cardio or yoga if you would like. Hope this helps!
