Hi all, new here....I've been using all of the Ballet Body DVDs (total, upper, lower, and core) in a rotation for the last eight weeks with other workouts, and I'm so pleased with how challenging, creative, and brilliant these workouts are! Needless to say, I am so excited to have just been gifted a streaming subscription as of today (yay!!).
I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the material available and am not sure where I should start. I usually work out about six days a week doing both cardio and weights but I've been opting for Ballet Body workouts in place of some of the traditional weight workouts for the last couple of months.
Would maybe the Ballet Body Training System II be a good idea given what I've been doing the last eight weeks or...? Any recommendations would be much appreciated! Thanks!
