Hey just wanted you to all know first that I will be releasing a new Ballet Body program utilizing the previously released Ballet Body workouts and some of the new bodyweight/barre workouts from 2018/2019. Workouts will be 50 minutes or less with a 3 day workout schedule. Also, I'm excited to announce new Iron Barre programs- Iron Barre Select. These programs are more fine-tuned for physiques that have troublesome areas that either grow muscle too fast (genetically blessed), areas that store more fat (higher number of fat cells), or larger bone frames in upper or lower body. I promised to do a video on this and I will be sharing it with you all very soon about this topic! If you feel like you get bulky at all with weight training for example in your thighs or in just your upper body, these programs will help to provide a more balanced approach to your training program. This way you still get the amazing metabolism boosting benefits of weight training yet with selective body weight/slimming methods for troublesome areas. This is not spot reducing but aesthetically balancing the body and optimizing the physique. You cannot spot reduce but you can spot enhance. Iron Barre combines the benefits of weight training with the slimming effects of barre workouts to provide outcomes that are favorable for many body types, however, Iron Barre Select will offer a more fine-tuned solution for qualifying body types.
