this is a great workout and very challenging. There are alot of moves that I dont have the strength to do yet. Can you suggest a chaturanga tutorial? Also I loved the side plank series with the leg kick through - how can I modify the kick through to build strength? Thanks for doing these creative workouts! I sure don't get bored!!
Thanks for sharing Leisa and feedback. I should of addressed this in the video and will try to do a better job to include modifications for all exercises. You can come to the knees for both poses to help. I can post a video tutorial- I'll try to get this out by Thursday night.
