I have 2 questions for you.
The first one is how could I perform iron barre/ballet body workouts 5 days a week without over training?
2nd question: how did you get away from feeling like you have to perform cardio for weight loss or even weight maintenance? I feel like I struggle with this thought process that resistance and diet are most important. Does the heart rate get up enough with ballet body and iron barre workouts to benefit the heart?
