I know that you recommend doing yoga with your Iron Barre program. What about doing pilates on the off days? Would this be okay, or should I stick with yoga and cardio? Thanks for your help.
Yes pilates is great too! You can do pilates either on the days you do the Iron barre workouts or off days. You don't have to do the core workouts I provide if you prefer to take a pilates class or do a particular pilates workout video. I love pilates for core work. I incorporate a lot of pilates inspired exercises into the core workouts.
