Yes pilates is great too! You can do pilates either on the days you do the Iron barre workouts or off days. You don't have to do the core workouts I provide if you prefer to take a pilates class or do a particular pilates workout video. I love pilates for core work. I incorporate a lot of pilates inspired exercises into the core workouts.
Hi, kahulahula! I just wanted to share with you that I do pilates, cardio, yoga, etc. as a part of an active, fun lifestyle. I use Iron Barre as the muscle building and strengthening as a part of my workout regime.
Hi Kim. Thank you for your reply. Do you do Iron Barre 3 days a week with yoga, pilates and cardio on your off days? I am trying to figure out a schedule to follow. I’m not really sure what to do with all of this.
