i just started iron barre express this week and I'm really enjoying it! I just loved IB mat and weights - what a great workout combining the weight and matwork. I have a question - I also really love the ballet body training. Would it be overtraining to add a segment of ballet body on alternate days? or after the Iron barre workouts? Thanks Leah - these workouts are wonderful and so creative!

So wonderful to hear! Thank you for sharing! That makes my day- I love to hear that you are enjoying the workouts. Adding a workout to the express workouts days is a fantastic idea and you will get much better results too. Outside of beginners or anyone exercising for the first time, I really encourage more exercise than 35 minutes 3x a week to get better results. If you can fit in more than 35 minutes 3 x a week, go for it and you will reap the benefits!
