Adding a workout to the express workouts days is a fantastic idea and you will get much better results too. Outside of beginners or anyone exercising for the first time, I really encourage more exercise than 35 minutes 3x a week to get better results. If you can fit in more than 35 minutes 3 x a week, go for it and you will reap the benefits!
