I am new to Ballet Body and wondering what system would be best for me to start with. I will be 55 years old on Thursday and not new to exercise or to weight training, That being said I have not lifted in over a year, mainly doing high rep/low weight workouts. I am carrying about 15 extra pounds that I would love to be rid of while gaining lean muscle. My core strength is lacking also.
I am open to all recommendations and I cannot wait to get started!!
