So excited to announce I'm releasing the first part of my new series: Pull Up Strong! Thrilled about these segments as the pull up is the ultimate test of strength and one of the best if not the best upper body exercise you can do! This series will offer exercises that will help you achieve your FIRST pull up (Yay!) or help to increase the number you can do (more on that later). Because I understand not everyone has access to a pull up bar, the weekly workout will be the mat and weight exercises that will help assist in building strength to do pull ups. And...there will be a bonus workout released this weekend very soon that will be using the pull up bar. You will get a notification once it has been added. Definitely combine these workouts together! If combining, the pull up bar exercises should be performed first!
