I'm looking for a couple of workouts that are listed in ballet body training system one schedule - I can't seem to find variations in pretzel or yoga fusion flow 2 lower body. How can I find these? thanks so much - these workouts are wonderful!!!!

Hi Leisa! Thanks for your question. Glad to hear you like the workouts, but I'm so sorry for the difficulty finding those segments. Uploading all of the past workouts to this platform has taken some time, but those two workouts are now available under the Ballet Body System I. All the workouts from system I will be available by the end of today. The pretzel segment is available under General Strength I and the yoga fusion flow 2 segment is under General Strength II.
