Welcome Maria! Great to hear you are trying out the workouts! I've answered your questions below.
1. Great question! You can find the new weekly workouts under the month of release. There will be a notification sent out every week for the new workout. Under browse page, there is a thumbnail picture with August 2018, and all workouts released this month will be in there. If you want to look for a workout based on anatomical focus, you can search this way as well. New releases will be included in the Iron Barre Blueprint, which offers a general workout plan to follow the workouts. However, new releases will no longer be available only on Day 5 of the blueprint (see below blueprint is changing). As the library builds with new releases, there will be a periodized training plan to follow as well.
2. Since the site is pretty new and launched at the end of June, the blueprint workouts have changed weekly. However, I will be changing the format from posting a one week workout plan to a month+ plan, so new and long time subscribers have more options. My plan is to incorporate the "new weekly workout" in each week no matter where you start so you can try out new workouts as they are released.
3. Yes all of the content from Ballet Body training systems will be available on there soon! I recommend staying on plan if you are following BBTS I.
