I am a big fan of both your Iron Barre and Ballet Body workouts. If my goal is to gain muscle mass (I want to slim down!) what is the best way to incorporate both systems? Do more Iron Barre with a few Ballet Body (toning?)??? Or more Ballet Body with a bit or Iron Barre? I love the lean look of Ballet Body, but would to gain muscle to aid weight management. Should I do complete body workouts or body specific on certain days? :)

Thank you so much - great to hear you are a fan of both! That's a great question that you asked! It's exactly why I developed Iron Barre. You are absolutely correct about gaining muscle to aid weight management. Iron Barre will help add lean muscle to shape the female physique while also aiding in weight management by boosting metabolism. Iron Barre is a hybrid of weight training and Ballet Body, so you will get the benefits of both. You can achieve more lean muscle, but you will still get the slimming benefits of Ballet Body. My suggestion would be to follow the Iron Barre blueprint. I include some Ballet Body workouts with the Iron Barre workouts in the blueprint, so you get both types of workouts. However, if you would like to venture out on your own and customize your own workout, I recommend following more Iron Barre workouts based on your goals with 3 total body workouts per week to start.

I have just signed up for the 7-day trial, after hearing about your amazing workouts for so long.
I would like to ask a few questions about the content on the platform:
1) Where can I spot the new weekly workouts? Are they the same as The Iron Blueprint?
2) How long does each Iron Blueprint routine stay up?
3) Are more Ballet Body Training System I workouts going to be uploaded (that is from week 13 on)? Or would you suggest moving straight from week 12 on to BB Training System II?

Welcome Maria! Great to hear you are trying out the workouts! I've answered your questions below.
1. Great question! You can find the new weekly workouts under the month of release. There will be a notification sent out every week for the new workout. Under browse page, there is a thumbnail picture with August 2018, and all workouts released this month will be in there. If you want to look for a workout based on anatomical focus, you can search this way as well. New releases will be included in the Iron Barre Blueprint, which offers a general workout plan to follow the workouts. However, new releases will no longer be available only on Day 5 of the blueprint (see below blueprint is changing). As the library builds with new releases, there will be a periodized training plan to follow as well.
2. Since the site is pretty new and launched at the end of June, the blueprint workouts have changed weekly. However, I will be changing the format from posting a one week workout plan to a month+ plan, so new and long time subscribers have more options. My plan is to incorporate the "new weekly workout" in each week no matter where you start so you can try out new workouts as they are released.
3. Yes all of the content from Ballet Body training systems will be available on there soon! I recommend staying on plan if you are following BBTS I.

I am 2 months postpartum. Are the iron barre blueprints okay for me to follow or should I start BBTSl? Are there any modifications I should take?

Hi Diana,
I'm impressed you are going for it only 8 weeks post baby! Good for you!! As long as you are cleared to exercise, most of the workouts in the Iron Barre blueprints are great to follow, but I do have a few recommendations. Listen to your body and don't overdo it. If you had a c-section I would advise easing into the workouts even more so than natural delivery. I had 3 c-sections and I felt like I could do more, but my body wasn't ready and I learned the hard way the first time. I recommend lifting lighter weights or perform only a body weight reps while you are building core strength back. Heavy lifting requires a lot of core strength and it takes time to rebuild after childbirth. With all of the body weight plank work, start off on the knees with modifications and just focus on drawing navel in and following the cues to bracing the core. Make sure to check if you have diastasic recti before doing any of the core work. I highly recommend my post natal ab workout to help with the core strength ( let me know if you need it and I'll send to you). I would avoid the weighted core work for awhile and the Iron Barre upper body 2 segment has some movements that I would advise modifying ( the kick up exercise in particular.). Just listen to your body and perform 1 set if that is all you can do. Once you safely and properly build back your core strength, you can start to progress the intensity with more weight, reps, and sets.
