Words cannot express how excited I am that I have finally launched this site! Now it's possible to stream my workouts on any device including my previous workouts and all new weekly workouts. It's been a very busy season for me. I wrapped up a fitness video shoot in April (more on this soon), then moved out of my studio in May to a closer location to me- my home! My home garage studio is still under construction, but I've been dedicated to creating new workouts despite my first scorpion sting in my new workout space :(. That would of been probably really funny to see on video. Oh the joys of living in Texas. I wanted to mention that I filmed a few of the first Iron Barre workouts using voice over. However, I'm trying to offer mostly live audio workouts. I enjoy live audio a lot more and hope you do too. Sometimes if background noise is a problem- kids, dog, air conditioning( because it's so hot here in Texas), etc, I'll have to do voice over. It's a great idea to play your favorite music playlist once you learn/ know the form to make the workouts more motivating. Can't wait to hear from you! Let me know what you think!
