Sculpt and stretch the back of the legs with the 2nd workout in the Back of the Leg series. This segment focuses on exercises that properly sculpt the hamstrings with alternating (lengthening) eccentric and (shortening) concentric contractions at the barre. This segment also utilizes the stretch-reflex in the flat back lunge position to activate the hamstrings while ballet-inspired moves target the back of the legs by lengthening and contracting the muscles simultaneously.
