Ballet Body Training Plans
Created years before the trending boom of barre classes, Ballet Body stands apart as it is based on scientifically sound training principles and applications to achieve continuous training results. This is not a method that merely blends popular barre, pilates, and yoga type exercises to create a workout module. Ballet Body exercises emphasis resistive elongation techniques, eccentric muscle contractions, isometrics, and working the muscles at greater angle lengths to achieve a stronger, longer, and leaner-looking physique. Ballet Body's name is inspired by the beautiful, elongated physique of a ballerina. However, this is not a ballet workout, yet you will feel like a dancer in no time with ballet and dance inspired exercises at the barre. You can also expect unique variations in traditional resistance exercises, body weight resistance, yoga, and pilates in this fun, but intense, total body workout.
