SFP is the Strong, Feminine Physique program which combines Ballet Body, Iron Barre, HIIT, and resistance training modalities in workouts under 45 minutes. This program includes 3 total body workouts which should be performed on non-consecutive days in four week phases. In between total body workouts, there are optional lighter focus days which offers the option to choose any workout from over 300 workouts in the library. Before beginning this program, please download the workout guide and log which will provide instruction and help you keep track of your progress.
