This workout uses total body movements, resistance exercises, and a combination of jumping/plyometrics to get the heart rate up, burn more calories, and offer aerobic benefits. A low impact option is available and demonstrated as well! You will move through a circuit of exercises on the step and at the barre for this workout. This first set is demonstrated in this segment and will take about 10 minutes to complete. Repeat 2-3x to for more of a workout or combine this workout with other segments.
