This fine-tuned solution helps to balance the overall physique aesthetics with exercise selected for your body type whether your goal is to slim and sculpt your lower body or upper body. The Upper Body Rx Select training program includes total-body workouts tailored to strengthen and define the upper body without bulk, while building metabolism-boosting, lean muscle mass in the lower body. This program is NOT advocating spot reduction but intelligently training the body to balance the look of the overall physique without exacerbating troublesome areas.

  • Iron Barre: Lower Body V

    Episode 1

    This workout combines weighted balancing barre exercises with body weight barre workout to sculpt, shape, and define the lower body. Equipment Needed: moderate to heavy dumbbell and wall-mounted barre (or doorway frame to pull away from). Iron Barre Select Lower Body Rx approved.

  • Band-Resisted Mat Work

    Episode 2

    This upper body and core workout uses a loop and flat resistance band to create extra resistance through bodyweight exercises on the mat.

  • Iron Barre: Core 1

    Episode 3

    Strengthen the core muscles incorporating resistance of a weight plate/dumbbell. The workout begins with bodyweight exercises to tighten the core like a corset then finish with exercises laying on your back utilizing extra resistance. Crunch-free workout.
