This fine-tuned solution helps to balance the overall physique aesthetics with exercise selected for your body type whether your goal is to slim and sculpt your lower body or upper body. The Lower Body Rx Select training program includes total-body workouts tailored to strengthen, sculpt, and slim the thighs, while building metabolism-boosting, lean muscle mass in the upper body. This program is NOT advocating spot reduction but intelligently training the body to balance the look of the overall physique without exacerbating troublesome areas.   • Cardio Arms IV

    Episode 1

    Cardio arms is a workout with dynamic movement and dance moves using light hand weights to work the upper body, improve cardio, and burn calories!

  • Barre Work: Lower Body VI (ball)

    Episode 2

    This body weight workout at the barre utilzes a playground ball to increase muscle activation for the working muscles. One circuit is demonstrated but two rounds are recommended. Lower Body Rx approved. Equiprment needed: barre and playground ball.

  • Iron Barre: Core 1

    Episode 3

    Strengthen the core muscles incorporating resistance of a weight plate/dumbbell. The workout begins with bodyweight exercises to tighten the core like a corset then finish with exercises laying on your back utilizing extra resistance. Crunch-free workout.
