Total Body Resistance Training Mix

This workout combines body weight resistance and banded resistance to challenge the muscles. The total body resistance mix includes ballet body exercise, traditional body weight exercises, and other resistance modalities with the exception of using weights or barbells to train the muscles. Equipment Needed: Bands, chin up bar (sub for chin up bar provided), 2 benches (weight bench or couch and aerobic step or step stool). Leah demonstrates one set and gives a lot of instruction. Repeat 2-3 times for best results for each exercises.
