Stream this one month jump start program now. A guide and workouts are provided. You can start at anytime by starting on week 1: day 1. This program includes three total body workouts per week which should be performed with 48 hours rest in between Days 1, 3, and 5.

  • BW Lower/Core Workout I

    Episode 1

    This body weight workout targets the lower body and core with exercises performed on a step.

  • Iron Barre: Matwork + Weights I

    Episode 2

    Alternate between weighted exercises and body weight mat exercises to work the upper body. This video demonstrates one full set for this workout. Repeat 2-3x to get a complete workout.
